Mechanical performance of an oral short - implant fixed rehabilitation (a finite element analysis)

Abstract

Based on real clinical dimensions and conditions, a model was designed to assess the mechanical performance of an implant-fixed oral rehabilitation with short implants. This model was studied on a finite element analysis after performing a mesh study. The results highlighted that bone is the weaker part for the studied conditions.
